Our friends at CITYSunTimes highlighted Foothills Food Bank’s Shred-a-Thon and Community Recycling event in their most recent edition. This year, the event will be held on Saturday, Jan. 25 from 9 a.m. to noon at our new campus at 4250 E. Carefree Highway in Cave Creek. The event has been expanded to include safe disposal of electronics, phones and computers and an opportunity to donate clothing, housewares and books to local nonprofits.
