GET HELP

If you need help feeding your family, we can help. We have sites in Cave Creek, Black Canyon City and New River (see below). Just call us for information on getting food, and information about other services we provide.

We do not require proof of income or citizenship.

If you live within our boundaries and need help, we can provide weekly food baskets that include:

  • fresh fruit and vegetables
  • bakery items
  • fresh beef, pork and chicken
  • canned goods like corn, beans & peanut butter
  • basic household supplies
  • personal hygiene items
  • pet food

We also provide limited financial support and have kind and knowledgeable staffers who can provide one-on-one help in applying for other programs and assistance that could lighten your load.

We can help the farm animals, too!
We strive to operate a no waste program. We don’t want anything to go to waste and are glad to donate overripe and unusable food items to our local farmers who can use it to feed their animals. Contact us for information.

Can’t come to us?
For some neighbors, transportation can be a challenge and picking up food is difficult, if not impossible. Thanks to our partnership with Foothills Caring Corp, many of our senior neighbors receive home delivery of food baskets at no charge. To find out if this service is available to you, just ask our staff.
