Leigh Zydonik, executive director of Foothills Food Bank, served as the guest speaker at Horseshoe Trails Elementary, which is a school within the Cave Creek Unified School District. The first-grade students were deeply inspired by her talk on the importance of volunteering and supporting those in need. In a remarkable display of empathy, they generously donated their freshly harvested radish crop to the food bank for distribution.
